After placing my porcelain veneers, the hygiene
instructions I received from Dr. Rossi & Olson office staff was
extensive. And, when I did have questions, I received responses
promptly. Recently, I had some customization work done. Again, the
service and technical support I received from the laboratory, Dream
Smile exceeded my expectations. Clearly, they have a passion for what
they do. Dream Smile Lab facility is unique, incorporating the latest

I was worried not being experienced in the latest
dental technology; I would make a complete embarrassment of my visit to
Dream Smile Lab for custom work. I was so wrong the technology they
have can help even the most inexperienced and most demanding patient
achieve the utmost of their visit. The custom shade is done for you
using digital photography for easier and more effective communication
with the dentist.
For the shade changes the help available is
exceptional. Roobik never seems to get tired of what to him must seem
basic questions and their support staff are the best I have seen.
